Got this and it look exactly like the photos. Pretty much what I was expecting, so I’m happy with it.

The box showed up kind of crushed, which was annoying. The item itself seemed okay, but it feels like one of those policy loopholes where as long as the product isn’t technically broken, nobody really has to do anything about the rough packaging. Not the worst experience, just frustrating

The shipping was cheaper than I expected, definitely cheaper than I expected. My order still showed up just fine with no issues, so I’m happy with it.

For me, the checkout process was just alright. I felt like it took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying since I just wanted to finish up and get going.

Everything showed up fine and the quality was good. I was just like, “yeah, this is solid.” Actually, you know what? I’m more impressed than I expected to be. No issues at all, so I’m happy with it.

I was surprised by how fast everything went through. I placed the order and got the confirmation not long after, which was nice because I didn’t have to sit around wondering what was happening. Everything moved along without me needing to follow up with anyone. Super smooth overall, although I guess I was almost expecting something to go wrong for no reason. Anyway, no complaints about the wait time, and I’d probably order again.

I did end up getting my refund, so that part was fine, but wow, it took way longer than I expected. I kept checking my email, checking my bank account, checking the order page, refreshing like every other day, and it was just nothing for weeks. It felt like when you’re waiting for a package, or a callback, or a confirmation email, and it just drags on and on. Glad it was resolved in the end, but the wait was frustrating.

Customer service did help me get things sorted out in the end, but it took longer than I expected. The most frustrating part was that the communication wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t always sure what was happening or how long it would take. Glad it got resolved, but the process could’ve been smoother.

The fabric feels really nice and the stitching seems solid, so I’m happy with the quality overall. I washed it once and it kept its shape, which is always a good sign. That said, I’m kind of torn because it’s great if it matches what you ordered, but I could see being annoyed if you were expecting something slightly different. Overall, I like it, even if I’m not 100% sure I’d call it perfect

I was actually surprised by the prices here, they were lower than I expected compared to other shops. Definitely a nice find!

I ordered a medium since that’s what I usually wear, but it actually fit more like a small. The fabric was fine, nothing special, but I was just annoyed that I had to go through the return process. The size chart didn’t really help much either

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but these jeans ended up fitting really well. They feel true to size and stayed comfortable all day, which isn’t always a given with jeans.

The quality was kind of hit or miss too. A few pieces looked nicer online than they did when they showed up, and that part was weird because I expected a little more consistency. It’s not a terrible site, but for wholesale buying I wanted better prices or bundle options, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really big sale.

It wasn’t a terrible experience, but the slow replies definitely made it more annoying than it needed to be.

I had to return my order and, it went smoother than I expected. The instructions were clear enough that I didn’t have to overthink anything, which is always a nice surprise. My refund came through without much hassle too. Not exactly exciting, but for a return process, it was about as good as it gets. I’d order again.

My order got here way quicker than I expected, which almost made me wonder what kind of secret shipping network they’ve got going on behind the scenes. Packaging was totally fine too, nothing damaged or weird. Not bad at all.
